Who Is Lily and Lotus? 🌸

People often ask me, “Where did the name Lily and Lotus come from?

The truth is, it’s deeply personal. Lily and Lotus are actually my daughters’ middle names a little piece of them woven into the heart of my business.

When I was pregnant, I loved both names so much that I wanted to use them as first names, but I was vetoed. (sad face) Still, I couldn’t let go of them. There was something about Lily and Lotus that felt powerful, grounded, and full of meaning , so they found a home later, in the name of my salon.

Now, it’s become more than just a name. It’s a reminder to do what you really want in life, if you want to use a name use a name, if you want to open a business open a business, you want to try something new, try it! To follow your instincts and heart even when the path isn’t the most practical or popular. It’s about creating something beautiful out of what feels right not just what’s expected.

As my business has grown, so have my girls. These days, they even help me with Lily and Lotus’s social media, brainstorming posts, taking photos, editing clips, and adding their own creative touch. Watching them be part of this journey makes the name even more meaningful.

To me, Lily and Lotus is a blend of family, passion, and purpose. It’s a space built from love where self-care isn’t a luxury, it’s a reminder that you deserve to invest in yourself, to bloom, and to live a life that feels good from the inside out.

Because sometimes, the best things in life start from the names you couldn’t let go of.
